Cancellation
Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. We would appreciate your understanding and courtesy.

Client Age Requirement
Skin Basics is dedicated to providing excellent customer service in a tranquil environment. In order to achieve this, clients must be a minimum of 12 years of age to enter the spa.

Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates are non-refundable and must be presented at the time service is provided.
